Peach Cobbler
1/2 c. margarine 1 1/4 c. sugar (brown or granulated) 3/4 c. flour 3/4 c. milk 2 Tbsp. cornstarch 2 tsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking powder 1 pkg. frozen peaches
Melt margarine in a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix baking powder, 1/4 c. sugar, flour, and milk together. Pour over margarine. Mix cornstarch, nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, and peaches in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over ingredients in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
