PEACHY COBBLER

4 cups sliced peaches
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp margarine

Preheat the oven to 375F. Place the peaches in a shallow casserole
dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. In a bowl, combine the flour,
sugar and cinnamon. Cut in the margarine with a pastry blender or
a fork until the mixture is crumbly. Spread mixture over peaches.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
